This Policy explains what personal data Real-IQ collects, how it is used, and your rights. The data controller is the Operator identified below.

1. Data we collect

• Account & contact: email address you provide.
• Assessment data: your answers, IQ score and category results.
• Usage & device: pages viewed, actions, approximate location (from IP), device/browser data, cookies and similar identifiers.
• Billing: subscription status. Card details are handled by our payment provider, not stored by us.

2. How we use it

To provide and improve the Service, deliver your results, operate subscriptions, provide support, measure and improve marketing, ensure security, and comply with law.

3. Legal bases

We rely on performance of a contract (providing the Service), your consent (e.g. analytics/marketing cookies), our legitimate interests (security, improvement), and legal obligations.

4. Sharing

We share data with service providers acting on our behalf under appropriate safeguards: hosting and analytics, and — for subscriptions taken out before 5 August 2026 — payment processing by Paddle.com Market Ltd, the Merchant of Record on those orders, which handles their payment and billing details directly. We do not sell your personal data.

5. Retention

We keep personal data only as long as needed for the purposes above or as required by law, then delete or anonymise it.

6. Your rights

Subject to applicable law (including the GDPR), you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, or object to processing, and withdraw consent at any time. Contact support@real-iq.net. You may also complain to your local data‑protection authority.
