These Terms govern your use of the Real-IQ website (real-iq.net) and services (the “Service”). By using the Service you agree to these Terms.

1. The Service

Real-IQ provides an online cognitive assessment (IQ test), a results report, and cognitive‑training content and exercises. The Service is provided for educational and entertainment purposes and is not a professional psychological, medical, or diagnostic evaluation.

2. Eligibility & accounts

You must be at least 18 years old (or have the consent of a parent/guardian) to use the Service. You are responsible for the accuracy of information you provide and for keeping your account credentials secure.

3. Subscriptions, billing & auto‑renewal

Access to your results and premium features is provided on a recurring subscription basis. Any trial, the price, the billing period and the renewal price are shown clearly at checkout before you pay and before any charge is made. Unless cancelled, your subscription renews automatically at the end of each period at the price shown, and your payment method is charged for the next period. You may cancel at any time from your account settings or by emailing support@real-iq.net; cancellation stops all future renewals.

4. Payments & Merchant of Record

New subscriptions are paused while we move to a new payment provider; nothing can be bought on this site today. Subscriptions taken out before 5 August 2026 continue to run unchanged and are billed by Paddle.com Market Ltd, the Merchant of Record on those orders — it handles the transaction, payment enquiries and receipts for them, and the charge appears on the statement as it always has. This section names the new provider before sales reopen.

5. Refunds

Refunds and cancellations are handled under our Refund Policy.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Service, attempt to disrupt it, reverse‑engineer it, or use it unlawfully. Content and materials are owned by the Operator or its licensors and may not be copied or redistributed without permission.

7. Disclaimer & liability

The Service is provided for educational and entertainment purposes “as is”, without warranties. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Operator is not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Nothing limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

8. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Poland, without prejudice to mandatory consumer‑protection rights you may have in your country of residence.

9. Changes & contact
